Party Bus Hire Dublin is a passenger transport operator based in Skerries North, Co. Dublin, Ireland, hiring out a 31-seat party bus and a 15-person party bike. We are the data controller for the information described on this page.

We only collect what we need to quote and run a hire. If you use the quote form, that is:

Your details are used to prepare and send your quote, to agree the route and timings, to contact you about your booking, and to keep a record of the hire. We do not use your details to build a profile of you, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

The legal basis is your request for a quote and, once booked, the performance of the hire agreement between us. Where we contact you about anything beyond your own enquiry, that is only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Your details are seen by the people who run the business and by the driver assigned to your job, so far as they need them to carry out the hire. We also use service providers who host this website and process enquiry submissions on our behalf; they act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to, for example to An Garda Síochána, a licensing authority or an insurer in connection with an incident.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, and then deleted. Records connected to a completed hire are kept for as long as we need them for tax, insurance and licensing purposes, and then deleted.

Under the GDPR and Irish data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it where we have no ongoing legal reason to keep it, object to a particular use, or ask us to restrict how we use it.

This site uses only what is needed to serve the pages and to embed a Google map on the contact page.
