The service

What the Belfast weekend package includes

For groups who would rather book one thing than five, we put together a full Belfast weekend on request. It includes hotel accommodation, the transfer up on the party bus, the 15-person party bike, and complimentary drinks waiting when you arrive at the hotel. It is arranged bespoke around your group rather than sold off a shelf.

The transport backbone is the 31-seat party bus: laser lights, Bluetooth sound, an on-board toilet and booth-style seating that faces forward and back. The run to Belfast is long enough that the toilet stops being a nice extra and starts being the reason the journey is a single straight run.

The party bike is the daytime element. Fifteen people at a time, roughly seven a side, everyone pedalling — it fills the Saturday afternoon stretch that otherwise turns into a pub six hours before anyone intended to start.

Because every group is different in size, dates and what they want from the weekend, there is no fixed price listed. Tell us your numbers and dates and the whole weekend is quoted in euro in one go.

Who this is for

Group size
Up to 31 on the bus; the party bike takes 15 at a time, so larger groups split across sessions.
Occasions
Hen weekends and stag weekends, and any group trip that wants accommodation and transport handled together.
What is included
Hotel accommodation, party bus transfer, the party bike, and complimentary drinks on arrival.
Pricing
Bespoke and quoted on request in euro — nothing fixed, because no two weekends are the same.

What goes wrong

What booking a Belfast weekend piecemeal actually costs

The default way a group weekend gets organised is one person opening five tabs: a hotel site, a coach company, an activity, a restaurant and a group chat where twenty-six people are answering different questions. Every one of those is a separate confirmation, a separate deposit and a separate thing that can fall through.

When one part fails, the rest do not adjust. A hotel that moves the booking, a coach that cannot do the return on Sunday, an activity that turns out to have a fourteen-person limit — each one forces a re-plan of everything around it, usually a week out, usually by the same exhausted organiser.

The specific Belfast trap is the return leg. Groups book transport up and assume Sunday will sort itself out. It does not, and an unplanned Sunday from Belfast means either an expensive improvised journey or an extra night nobody has budgeted for, for people with work on Monday.

There is also the money problem: collecting from twenty-six people across five separate bookings with five different deadlines is a genuinely miserable job, and it always falls to one person.

Mistakes we see most

  • Booking hotel, transport and activity separately with five deposits and five deadlines.
  • Booking the run up to Belfast and improvising the Sunday return.
  • Assuming an activity can take the whole group when it has a fixed capacity.
  • Leaving accommodation until the group size is final — by which point the rooms are gone.
  • Choosing a transport operator without confirming its licensing and insurance position.

Our process

How the booking runs, start to finish

Five steps, all of them handled by the people who own the bus. Nothing is subcontracted out and nothing is left for you to chase on the day.

  1. 01

Tell us the numbers and dates

Group size, the weekend you want and whether it is a hen or a stag. Phone, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form.

  2. 02

We check availability across the package

Bus, accommodation and the party bike are all confirmed for your dates before anything is quoted, so the price you get is a price that exists.

  3. 03

You get one quote for the whole weekend

Accommodation, transfer, bike and arrival drinks in one euro figure, laid out so you can see what is in it.

  4. 04

A small deposit secures the weekend

Card or bank transfer. One deposit holds the whole trip rather than five separate ones with five deadlines.

  5. 05

    We run the weekend

Collection on the Friday, the bike on the Saturday, and the bus home on the Sunday at the time agreed at booking.

What you get

The practical difference on the day

One booking, one deposit

Accommodation, transport, activity and arrival drinks confirmed together instead of five deadlines chased by one organiser.

The Sunday is already solved

The return leg is agreed when you book, so nobody is negotiating a way home from Belfast on a Sunday morning.

The afternoon is planned

The party bike occupies the Saturday stretch that otherwise wastes the expensive part of the weekend.

A proper arrival

Complimentary drinks waiting at the hotel, so the weekend starts at the door rather than an hour later.

Licensed, insured transport

PSV-licensed and compliant vehicle, full operator licence, insured for passenger transport, Cat D and CPC-qualified drivers.

Built around your group

Arranged bespoke rather than sold as a fixed package, so you are not paying for parts your group will not use.

In detail

Belfast weekend packages, in detail

What is in the package, how the weekend runs day by day, and why it is priced on request rather than listed.

The four components

Hotel accommodation for the group, arranged as part of the booking rather than left to the organiser. Numbers and dates drive what is available, which is the main reason early enquiries get better options.

The transfer up and back on the 31-seat party bus, with laser lights, Bluetooth sound, an on-board toilet and booth-style seating. Both legs are in the booking, with the Sunday return time agreed before you leave Dublin.

The 15-person party bike in Belfast as the daytime activity, and complimentary drinks waiting at the hotel when the group arrives. Together those two are what make the weekend feel arranged rather than assembled.

How the weekend typically runs

Friday: collection at the agreed address, the run north with the lights on and the playlist going, and arrival at the hotel where the drinks are waiting. The bus does the whole journey as a single run because of the toilet on board.

Saturday: the party bike in the afternoon, sessions arranged around your group size given the 15-person capacity, then the evening in Belfast. The bus can move the group to and from the bike as part of the booking.

Sunday: the run home at the time set when you booked. That fixed return is the single most valuable line in the confirmation, and it is the one groups most often leave out when they organise a weekend themselves.

Group sizes and how the bike fits

The bus takes 31, so the transport side comfortably handles a large hen or stag group. The bike takes 15 at a time, which is the constraint worth planning around.

Larger parties either split across bike sessions so everyone gets a turn, or run the bike for part of the group while the rest do something else nearby. Which is better depends on your numbers and the timings, and we will lay out both when we quote.

Tell us the group size at enquiry stage rather than after booking. It changes accommodation, bike scheduling and the shape of Saturday all at once.

Why it is quoted rather than priced

There is no fixed price for the package because there is no fixed package. Group size, dates, accommodation availability and how you want Saturday laid out all move the number, and a headline price would be wrong for almost everyone who read it.

What you get instead is one figure in euro for the whole weekend, itemised enough that you can see what it covers. No packages bolted on that your group will not use.

A small deposit holds the whole weekend, by card or bank transfer, with the balance on the terms agreed at booking. Because it relies on the same single bus as everything else we do, weekend dates through hen and stag season go early.

Common questions

Before you enquire

How much is the Belfast weekend package?+

It is priced on request in euro because it is arranged bespoke around your group. Group size, dates, accommodation and how you want Saturday laid out all change the figure, so we quote the whole weekend in one go rather than publishing a headline price that would be wrong for most groups.

What is included in the package?+

Hotel accommodation, the transfer up and back on the 31-seat party bus, the 15-person party bike, and complimentary drinks waiting when you arrive at the hotel. Anything else you want built in, ask and we will price it.

How many people can go?+

The bus seats 31, so the transport side handles a large group comfortably. The party bike takes 15 at a time, so bigger parties either split across sessions or run the bike for part of the group while the rest do something else.

Is the return journey included?+

Yes. Both legs are in the booking and the Sunday return time is agreed before you leave. That is deliberately the first thing we lock down, because the unplanned return is what turns a Belfast weekend expensive.

How far in advance should we book?+

As early as you can. The package depends on the same single bus as all our other work, plus hotel availability and bike slots, and weekend dates in hen and stag season go first. A small deposit holds the whole weekend.

Is the transport licensed and insured?+

Fully. PSV-licensed and compliant vehicle, full operator licence held by the business, insurance for passenger transport, and drivers holding Cat D licences with CPC qualification. Seatbelts are fitted on board.

Can we change parts of the package?+

Yes — it is arranged bespoke, not sold off a shelf. Tell us what your group actually wants and we will build the weekend around that rather than charging you for components nobody will use.

How long is the journey to Belfast?+

It is a long enough run that the on-board toilet matters, which is why the bus does it as a single straight journey rather than stopping. Exact timings depend on your pick-up point and the day, and we confirm them when we quote.

Do you do weekend packages to other destinations?+

Belfast is the destination we have a full package for. We do run hen and stag weekends to Carrick-on-Shannon, Kilkenny, Carlingford and Galway on the bus, so if you want something similar elsewhere, ask and we will tell you what we can put together.

How do we pay and hold the dates?+

A small deposit holds the whole weekend, by card or bank transfer, with the balance settled on the terms agreed at booking. One booking, one deposit, one company to ring — rather than five.
