All hires are quoted individually in euro against your route, your timings and your date. There is no published rate card, because a one-hour Dublin run and a cross-border weekend are not the same job.

A quote is an offer for the job as described to us. If the route, the timings, the pick-up points or the group size change after quoting, the price may change, and we will tell you before anything is confirmed.

A date is not held until a deposit is paid. Deposits are a small proportion of the total and are stated in your quote. Payment is by card or bank transfer.

The balance is due as set out in your quote. Confirming a booking means the person making it has authority to do so on behalf of the group and accepts these terms for the group.

Hires are carried out on a public service vehicle licensed for passenger transport, operated under a full road passenger transport operator licence, with full passenger insurance in place. Drivers hold a Category D licence and a current Driver CPC.

The bus seats 31 passengers, and that figure is a legal maximum, not a guideline. Seatbelts are fitted and must be worn while the vehicle is moving. The party bike carries 15 people and is available in Belfast and Carlingford only.

We reserve the right to substitute a driver, and to make reasonable changes to a route where safety, access restrictions, road closures or traffic require it.

The bus is a licensed passenger vehicle and the driver has final authority on board. The driver may refuse boarding to, or set down, any passenger whose behaviour puts the vehicle, the driver or other passengers at risk. No refund is due in that situation.

Times in your booking are the agreed departure and return times. Where a group is not ready at the agreed pick-up time, the hire still ends at the agreed time unless we have confirmed an extension in advance, and an extension may be chargeable.

We plan routes with realistic timings, but we cannot be responsible for delays outside our control such as traffic, road closures, weather, or a third-party venue or activity provider running late.

If you need to cancel or move a date, tell us as early as you can and we will set out the position for your specific booking. Deposits secure a date that we then hold for you and turn other work away for, so cancellation terms are stated in your quote.

If we are unable to provide the hire for a reason within our control, we will tell you as soon as we know, and any money you have paid for that hire is returned.

We carry the insurance required for licensed passenger transport, and nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Beyond that, our liability in connection with a hire is limited to the amount you paid for that hire. Personal property brought on board remains your responsibility.

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. Where a hire crosses the border, the vehicle remains operated under its Irish licensing and insurance.
